Recipe: Berry Orange Smoothie

This smothie is great as a post-workout snack or on-the-go brekkie!

Total time: 5 mins

Serves: 1-2

Dietary Preferences: Vegetarian, nut-free (substitute coconut yoghurt for a vegan option)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, frozen

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy
