10 minute light jog warmup

Option 1 🏃🏼‍♂💨
5 minutes fast effort
Rest 2mins
5 minutes fast effort (try and match your last rep)
Rest 2mins
10 minutes steady effort (7/10 RPE)
Total: 20minutes

Option 2
5 minutes fast effort
Rest 2mins
10 minutes steady effort (7/10 RPE)
Total: 15minutes

10-15 minute easy jog or walk warm down
